The Fellowship publishes an annual newsletter under this title each November. This is circulated free of charge to members and enquirers. It gives a brief report on the FCP to date. It also includes a Register of FCP contacts and details of Fellowship retreats etc. for the coming year.

Some of the material contained in this newsletter can be viewed by following this link which will take you to the index of the Come Newsletters on this site.

The outline of the purpose of this Newsletter is described on this web page.

Sayings for Stillness

A leaflet published twice a year containing six Dominical Sayings suitable for contemplative prayer. Each Saying has a brief commentary.

The current Saying for Stillness can be found on this site by following this link. In addition current and past Sayings can be found by following this link.

Living Word

This is an occasional journal published from time to time as circumstances allow. Its intention is to provide a resource for contemplative prayer by way of articles, extracts from various sources and including excerpts (with commentaries) from the works of the founder of the FCP. A brief description of these foundational writings by Robert G. Coulson is given in the journal. To find out more about Living Word follow the links given on the Menu at the left hand side of this window (Living Word & Archives)

More Words for Contemplation

A compilation of over 50 Dominical Sayings, each with a commentary. The introduction outlines the FCP method.

On Course in Contemplation

A selection made by Martin Tunnicliffe from the annual letters which Robert Coulson wrote for the Fellowship between 1960 and 1980. This is useful background reading for prayer-groups and individuals.

Postscript

Martin Tunnicliffe has selected extracts from a wealth of Robert Coulson's private correspondence in which he often explained in simple terms the key points of his thinking as well as giving wise spiritual counsel.

Sayings for Special Times

Words of God from the Old Testament and the Words of Jesus from the New Testament which can be used at special times of the year or at special times of need. These words may serve the needs of beginners or those more experienced in the method taught by the Fellowship.

This is available for download.

New Series of Resources - FCP Quiet Day Packs

Many FCP groups like to arrange a Quiet day - at certain times of year the day lends itself to a particular theme. Sometimes it is not easy to find a Witness or someone who is willing to lead the day, so the Fellowship Council has instigated the production of three packs which will enable groups to arrange their own day. The first of these is now available for use during Lent.

The list below will be added to over time.

Quiet Day Lent Pack

A Quiet Day for Lent

How your group can run its own Quiet Day for Lent

A Quiet Day for Advent How your group can run its own Quiet Day for Advent

Flyer and Pack

The cost of each pack is £6 and can be obtained from the FCP Administrator. If both packs are puchased as the same time the cost is £10.

Further Information Further information about the Lent Pack and how to run the Lent Quiet Day can be found here.
